The translation is solid and the cg scenes are among the best. For an eroge game the story is pretty good, as well. The characterizations can be weak at times, but this is easily forgiven. Fallen was clearly a work of love for it's creators.There are eroge games such as Elise the Devil that deserve a translation as superb as what we have here. This isn't a Google translate job. This game oozes quality, even if you're not a fan of eroge.Multiple endings, secret scenes, dungeon crawling, an awesome translation, and good use of established rpg tropes.Fallen is worth your time and money. The 18+ patch is readily available, as well.Goblin ending is supreme. Goblin wife DLC now, please.I'll give it a solid 8.5/10. I can't really recommend this game for a few reasons.- The first and major problem I have with this game, is that the RPG-Combat is just slapped on stock RPG-Maker Combat: It's so bad that the game gives you an option to freely level up your character at the start of the game- The World-Design is lazy: You get thrown into a tower full of generic dungeon sprinkled with a few scenes every few floors and lot's of backtracking through an uninspired world- Basically what I'm saying is, the game part of this game is just there for the sake of it but it feels like a chore to get through, especially if you have played something like Meltys Quest before, where the fighting system is fitted to the style of game it is and where the enemies are designed for the game as well instead of stock assetsNow what most people are here for: The H-Scenes were alright. The Art didn't really work for me and felt off but nothing too bad. It just wasn't enough to balance out the bad gameplay for me.. I fully support and recommend this game and it's developer, a lot of big league AAA games and developers could learn something from Another Story.Keep up the good work. very beautiful game the story is amazing now i get why they called their self Another Story and the option to level up fast is the best i hate when games make you fight a lot so you can kill the boss good thing that you did that.............................................................................................................................................other than that it's a good game i suggest you buy it 10/10. I love this game but honestly, i just cannot recommend this game. With $15, I expect a game where I just feel great playing them again but this game doesnt have that. I've played everything within 9hrs (which is higher than the actual gameplay time) and i dont think there is anything left to play.I'd say buying their new game "Treasure hunter Claire" is just a much better choice considering the price, the replayable parts, the art, and the content. This game is ok with less than $10, or maybe just $5.. One day I just so happen to return a game I misstakenly bought twice in exchange I put my money in my steam account and I happen to see this game in my wishlist , and I thought , why the hell not , it was a great choice as the turned out to become an utter blast. I'd also like to add that this game when I first bought it I noticed it was censored , And at first thought it was gonna be a pain to patch like the last M rated game I got, but I was pleasently surprised to find it was super easy , not to mention the game let's you choose a more relaxed mode with your playthrough if you want .And with that I can recomend this game whole heartedly. If you want very standard H-RPG, go for this.How standard, exactly? Scene replay is in its own room that you access through map rather than from menu, the stock RPG Maker music gets used everywhere, there's the standard depravity/lewdness meter that unlocks more scenes as it goes up... If you've played these games before, you should know exactly what to expect.What's not to like then? First of all, this is slow. Not in progression(there's actually very cheap level-up store right in first floor of the dungeon), but Makina's movement speed on maps is very slow, even when you set the game to auto-sprint. The combat animations are pretty slow too, even when using the fast-mode provided in the game. It just makes everything feel like a slog.The setting kinda sucks too. You have one town, and a dungeon that keeps descending. There's not exactly much variety, especially in maps. This game is in top-down perspective, but dungeon feels like it's made of corridors. It's like the damn thing is just built out of cubes... or rather tiles, which it is, given that this is RPG Maker game. But not often do I see such badly masked design.Art is okay... I guess. Some of the character designs are nice, and uncensored art looks good, but I really can't enjoy Makina as a character. She's simply kind of a ♥♥♥♥♥, and sadly she is the sole protagonist, who gets most of the scenes. Maybe you'll like her, play for about an hour to get an idea of what she's like. Trust me, she will not change much.Another H-RPG standard that is sadly present here is very short sex-scenes. Hardly ever does one keep going for long enough for you to get off solely from that one. And given how spread apart the scenes here are, I guess it makes for wonderful excercise in edging? Yeah, that's praise worth putting on cover, "I couldn't masturbate enough!"All in all, it's an okay porn game, and has hell of a lot better translation than SakuraGame releases do. But given that Meltys Quest is already available on Steam and does practically everything better(unless you dislike Meltys as character), I really can't recommend buying this.Even more since better game very similar to this was made back in mid-90s, and is freeware right now. Everybody, go play Toushin Toshi 2.. I cant view any cg , there is only "... spent some time with ..." no cg at all
